The same standard applied to every brand we cover
Every treadmill is scored on performance, build quality, features, comfort, value, and noise, with the same weights.
We check every spec against the manufacturer's own product page.
Each review puts the tradeoffs, membership terms, and warranty coverage in one read, so choosing a treadmill gets easier.
How we score and cover treadmills
Each treadmill gets a score from 1 to 5 in 6 categories: performance (30 percent of the total), build quality (20 percent), features and technology (15 percent), comfort (15 percent), value (10 percent), and noise (10 percent). The overall score is the weighted total.
We score a treadmill only after we have tested it hands-on or a named independent tester has. If neither is true, we cover it without a score and mark it as not yet scored.
A category tested in one session, or for under 1 hour, tops out at 4.5 until a second session or an independent test confirms it. The cap applies to every brand.
